What you get
- A Featured badge on the listing's card wherever it appears, and on its own page.
- Greater exposure. Featured listings are weighted more heavily wherever listings are shown on the site.
- A link that sends you visitors. Your listing links out to your site

sponsored— the disclosure search engines ask for on a paid placement. It is a real link people click. It is not a ranking shortcut, and we won't pretend otherwise. - A better listing, if you want one. Send us replacement copy and images and we will put them on your listing — most entries here are a scraped description and an automated screenshot, so there is usually room to improve.
- For as long as this directory exists. There is no expiry date and no renewal invoice.
Contributing
Featured listings are the ones we consider when accepting contributed articles for the site. If you have something worth publishing — a piece about your field rather than about your product — get in touch and we will talk about it. Editorial judgement stays with us, and not every pitch is a fit.
What you don't get
- It is not an ad on the home page, and it does not change your ranking anywhere else on the internet.
- It does not rewrite the listing on its own. Send us copy and images and we will use them; we do not write them for you.
- It is not exclusive. Any number of listings in a category can be featured, and they all sort above the rest.
How to buy one
- Open the listing you want to feature.
- Near the bottom of the page, click Feature this listing — $20.
- Pay on Stripe's hosted checkout. This site never sees your card details.
- Reply to your Stripe receipt with any copy or images you would like used, and anything you would like to pitch. That email reaches us and identifies your purchase.
Worth knowing
Anyone may feature any listing. There is no ownership check, because there is no way to prove ownership here and a check that cannot be verified is theatre rather than protection. Featuring somebody else's listing is a gift, not an attack.
The badge appears on the next rebuild, not instantly. This site is built as static pages, so a purchase is recorded immediately but shows up when the pages are next generated. Allow a little time before checking.
Your Stripe receipt is the record of what you paid — keep it. If the badge has not appeared after a day, reply to that email.
